The staff was efficient and affable providing the information. Location: the hotel was near a tube station and a Sainsburys store and London for a couple of nights. Found One Mile End with perfect drinks 300 metres away.

Tim
The room was clean and the bedding was fresh. The location was convenient, with key attractions and public transport options nearby. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who made me feel welcome during my business trip.
There were a few negative aspects to my stay. The room itself was quite small and lacked some basic amenities like a bedside lamp and power sockets.

We had a fine time. Everything was good. - Pleasant staff. - Excellent location so close to Spitalfields, shops, restaurants, and attractions. - Walking distance to cafes. - the room was budget with a bedroom as well as a sofa. - Early check-in was available.

The radiator warmed up quickly. Good kitchen facilities. Close to WhiteChapel tube station. Nick was incredibly accommodating. I lost my passport and ended up having to stay a lot longer than I expected. He helped me in every way he could to get back my passport and when that didn't work, he was really supportive and gave me advice on what to do. He even booked me another place to stay at another hostel when this place was overbooked. I was even able to use the washing machine when I ran out of clean clothes. Nick goes out of his way to help you if you're in need and I'm extremely appreciative that I ended up staying here. the guesthouse feels very cozy and calm. the beds are pretty comfortable and everything is clean. Ordered room with shared bathroom, got room with kitchen and gas kettle. Saw host once - when we got keys. Rooms were renovated, bed was comfy and shower good. Room was 2m walk from bus 25, which took us to the London centre in about 40min.
Felt really like home, no complaints at all.
